Hello, I’m Shawn, Lifestyle Coordinator for Carinity Home Care Hervey Bay & Maryborough.
For the last 15 years I have worked across a number of roles within Disability & Aged Care, including support worker & management, enabling me to acquire a strong focus and understanding for ‘Client Centred Support’.
During this time I have had the pleasure of seeing people grow and become more independent, and with assistance, see people remain within their own homes for as long as possible. These achievements bring me the greatest satisfaction.
